Architectural Review BoardAll ARB requests may be sent to ARB@TUSKAWILLASPRINGSHOA.COM
Tuskawilla Springs is a pleasant community consisting of 83 homes. Through an elected Board of Directors, it governs its own affairs as well as general day to day operations. When purchasing in Tuskawilla Springs, all homeowners agreed to be bound by the Declaration of Covenant, Conditions and Restrictions (DCCR’s). These documents detail the rules necessary to maintain a harmonious neighborhood. Architectural guidelines are necessary to maintain quality and consistency throughout our neighborhood. Any exterior changes or additions to your home and/or lot must be approved by the Board of Directors and/or the Architectural Review Board (ARB). These guidelines and interpretations are gathered from the DCCR’s, Board established ARB standards, and applicable county laws and regulations. As a matter of course, fencing and painting are among the most common ARB requests. For both of these improvements the Board has identified which samples would be most favorably received by the ARB. These samples can be used as an advisory tool to serve our community members. While these represent the recommended samples, all requests shall be equally reviewed and treated as such. Community Standards All desired changes must be submitted to the Board of Directors and/ or ARB on the Tuskawilla Springs Homeowners Association ARB Application . All applications should include a description of the improvement, site plan and specification (color/style). The Board of Directors and/or ARB will process the application as quickly as possible but it has up to 30 days to render its final recommendation. All PODS, dumpsters and construction trailers/mobile workshops must have ARB approval by submitting a ARB application. If you have any questions regarding ARB policy and procedure feel free to contact a Board member or email ARB@TuskawillaSpringsHoa.com |
